• Review logs, datasheets, or reports to ensure adequate production levels and safe production.
• Review operations performance specifications to ensure compliance with the requirements.

• Review of implementation program and construction schedule
• Review and approval of detailed designs, drawings and procedures related to all transmission & substation components, such as step-up, HVAC, Firefighting, Etc.
• Supervision & control of construction works in respect of design, drawings and work schedule.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and acceptance tests.
• compilation of final test results as base line data for future reference.
• In-charge for overseeing all Mechanical and Electrical works
• Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.
• Review consultant’s design and specification
• Complete responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.
Prepare all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipment. Collaborate with team of designers to complete all mechanical capital projects and provide all engineering support. Prepare and design all construction bid documents. Provide support to all expense projects and maintain accuracy in all piping projects and ensure compliance to all piping material specifications and maintain knowledge on all orders. «Analyze all mechanical designs and prepare various concepts for piping designs and develop required mechanical drawings. Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor submittals. Inspect all mechanical equipment and analyze all equipment and ensure adherence to all present technology.
Start. Up & Commissioning Team
• Team Manage smooth commissioning of the project by Coordinating between the company and the Contractor. · Supervise and approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines. ·
• Review designs and supervise onsite commissioning activities. ·
• Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklists. ·
• Outline procedures, norms, and details for writing the Systems Manual. ·
• Monitor installation, submittals and usage of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines. · Guide testing processes and motivate specialists to achieve standard results. ·
• Assist with identification and redressal of commissioning and malfunction issues. · Track and review progress through meetings. ·
• Evaluate contractual commissioning statistics and instruction guidelines in accordance with the needs of the project. ·
• Compile commission report data for summarizing. ·
• Assist in summarizing and updating commission records. ·
• Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with functional staff. ·
• Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the commissioning team. ·
• Attain customer satisfaction through adhering to owner guidelines with the entire project team.
