Solutions Management:
• Lead, research, compare, analyze and recommend the adoption on new technologies and best vertical solutions that fit for business requirements.
• Participate in new in-house and contracted projects ideation, analysis and prototype. And ensure successful delivery of those projects
• Participate and manage the architecture, development, deployment and integration of new IT Solutions projects
• Ensure Solutions smooth operations, stability, quality, usability, security and continuous improvement
• Ensure that IT Solutions projects risks are identified, analyzed, mitigated and escalated
• Manage the relationships of IT Solutions vendors and monitor their performance, in order to maximize the benefits of investments
People Management:
• Supervise the day to day activities of development and operations teams and promote a high-performance working environment and ensures that all activities are being conducted properly and on time
• Provide guidance & support to junior staff in the execution of their work and ensure proper knowledge transfer to develop them and improve their performance
• Conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisal of direct subordinates to monitor their work performance and identify their training and developmental requirements
• Team building: roles & priorities distribution, conflict resolution, candidates selection, performance monitoring, future & training plans and coaching
Planning & Budgeting:
• Yearly annual budget planning, including the planning of new Solutions, contracts, required manpower, support & licensing agreements
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Solutions and processes taking into account leading practices and productivity improvement
• Plan, identify, evaluate & choose right support and operations offerings for IT Solutions
• Managing corporate & departments innovation communities
• Motivate, mange, monitor and communicate with a community of 5, 500+ members
• Administrating Spigit platform to drive the innovation communities
• Currently working on Open Innovation project
•My main role at Mobily was to take care of the local Intranet (SharePoint). I was involved on building Mobily Intranet since day one on 2007. I was involved on Requirement, Plan and Design till Deployment Phases
•At the end of 2011 we have upgraded Intranet to SharePoint 2010
•I administrated a Farm of 12 SharePoint servers and make sure that it is available for staff 24/7
•I also trained users and deliver their custom requirements through SharePoint capabilities
•Since 2010, I have built BPM (Business Process Management) solutions to users using K2 Black Pearl
