Pre-sales Responsibilities
• Pre-sales engineering support for the IP products and solutions.
• Working with the sales team to design, propose, close new deals/opportunities with customers, develop
selling strategy and translating complex business requirements into Network solutions.
• Identify the customer business requirements and set the optimum design based on the
requirements including the network topology, network services and network applications.
 prepares sales quotations and technical responses to Request of Quotation (RFQs), Request for
Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
 Developing overall Network solutions including high-level design, statement of work, and bills of materials.
 Manage proofs-of-concept (POCs), deliver training, workshops and demonstrations.
• Conduct site surveys for new & existing data centers and evaluate & develop new requirements for
site preparations, physical infrastructures & active infrastructures
• Developing long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their
requirements.
• Assisting Design Associates teammates with BOM development for Network solutions.
• Presales design on the VOIP and wireless solutions of Cisco products.
• Presales design on the security solutions of (Next generation firewall (NGFW), Intrusion prevention system
(IPS), vulnerability management, Application Delivery controller (ADC), Web Application Firewall (WAF),
Data Loss Prevention( DLP), SSL VPN, Network Access control (NAC), Email & Web security, SIEM, endpoint protection) using the latest vendor technologies ( Cisco, Fortinet, Trendmicro, F5 and Paloalto)
• Configurations and ordering tools (Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), HP (IRIS), etc ) and others.
Post sales Responsibilities
Hands on familiarity with products from Cisco, Brocade, Fortinet, HPE.
Designing enterprise level networks by using multiple products.
Initiate and implement campus and enterprise data network using Cisco multilayers switches and configure
the basic and the advanced features (trunk, Vlans, port security, virtual interfaces, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP,
AAA, EIGRP, OSPF, and VSS).
Implementing several Layer-2 security measures across the LAN-VLANs, Port Security, DHCP Snooping, IP
Source Guard, L2 ACLs…

Responsibilities
•Manage the implementation, operation and support of company’s corporate network infrastructure
•Give support to Cisco network equipment with configuration of multilayer switches and routers.
•Support dynamic routing protocols like open shortest path first (OSPF) and Enahnced Interior Gateway protocol (EIGRP).
•Handle authentication, authorization and filtering using Fortigate firewalls
•Supporting functions on Cisco call manager (CUCM) and Cisco IP phones.
•Managing and administrating kaspersky Antivirus policies and tasks inside the company
• Supporting end users for all hardware and software problems

Achievements
•Tracked the whole company network for all network devices (routers- switches- firewall- servers- wireless access points - call mangers - virtual machines) and draw it by using Microsoft visio.
•Completed full back project for all entire servers machine for data and systems by using Acronis Back-up

Troubleshoot technical queries and complaints.
Support broadband, GPON, Internet technology, IPTV, Domain-name, Web hosting and 3G/4G.
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
Appropriately log and escalate unresolved complaints / queries to supervisors/designated authority and follow-up if necessary.
Handling customer in professional way and provide them with all accurate technical instruction.

• Supporting Amadeus system for travel agencies and tourism companies remotely or by visiting.
• Performing first and second level error analysis and recovery in a timely manner.
• Installing and maintaining different operating systems, selling platform, printers and networks
• Updating technical cases for customers on CRM.
