1-Managing, monitoring, and controlling project executing of three projects.
2-Assuring Quality Standards.
3-Directing the contractors in each project to finish on time and within the budget.
4-Updating Projects Schedule with the Project Planner.
5-Coordinating between Contractors and Consultants.
6-Reporting vertically to the Construction Manager and Project Executive.
7-Studying Projects Variations and submitting them to the Client.
8-Quantities Surveying & Making Contactors Payments.
9-Actively participate in schedules review.
10-Establish communication with key representatives of the main contractor and key subcontractors.
11-Be aware of the contractors procurement of the material and spare parts.
12-Assist with closeout of the projects
13-Review monthly reports of the consultant and contractor.
14-Follow-up on snag list of interior and exterior finishes and handing over to the owner.
15-Work with all member of a project team - the client, construction manager, A/E, contractors and suppliers to produce a quality product.
