Verification of data in HCMS before payroll processing.
Preparation of monthly payroll for permanent staff, contract staff, and Workers through HCMS.
Compliance on staff queries related to salaries.
Coordination with Finance Department for disbursement of payroll.
• Policies Other Operational Correspondence:
To assist in developing HR processes, Manuals, Policies and procedures whenever required.
Issuance of Appointment letters.
Contract Letters for Employment, Job descriptions,
