Prevent the Damages of products both internal and external and to generate maximum income from the damaged product thus support the company to maximize the profit and the environment. The position demands to always find new ways to reduce the damages and co ordination with all the other departments in order to achieve the goal.
Responsible for Navigating the business according the budget and targets which include the Sales steering, budget setting, man power planning, various reports generating and presenting. Financial reporting is also covered by Business Navigator.
• Preparing yearly budgets like Capex, Opex etc.
• Maintaining Fixed asset register.
• Working as second in command in Accounts department.
• Making sure that all the payments are according to company policy & procedures.
• Journal entries posting.
• Keeping Vendor & customer account up to date.
• Verifying payroll.
• Verifying vacation payments.
• Verifying payments for Vendors against purchases and services.
• Monthly expense budget preparation.
• Credit card transactions reconciliation and claiming short credits.
• Bank account reconciliation.
• Following up with bank for short credit in span, visa, master & Amex cards.
• Daily sales transactions checking and posting to separate head of accounts.
• Analysis of current year reports with last year reports
• Analysis of Current year expenses with budgeted expenses
