Being a certified and dynamic Telecom (VSAT) Support Professional, I have a rich and professional experience of over 13 years, including over 10 years of experience working on critical VSAT network for VVIPs of Saudi Arabia.
During my career, I have lead / managed multiple VSAT solution deployment & support projects for multiple sectors, gaining strong experience in, Service Support Delivery, VSAT Network Provisioning and Team Management.
While on the job, I have been a deft motivational team member for my team to performance excellence, insisting on knowledge sharing & skill upgrade, problem solving, planning, communication & interpersonal skills.

Posted in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) as an Engineer for project of Skyband in MOI and successfully managing and handling all the sites throughout the Kingdom or Saudi Arabia up to customer’s satisfaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Installation and commissioning of MFTDMA sites using Skywan equipments.
• Installation and commissioning of various telecom equipment like Decoder, Encoder, TCC Encryption device and Multiplexer FRAD 9230.
• Installation of Mobile Vehicles and antenna pointing using auto pointing system on various satellites.
• Installation and Commissioning of DAMA sites using Gilat’s Equipments Faraway & Terrasat equipment.
• Program & Configuration Extension number & STC Number in Mini option 11c, Nortel PABX.
• Configuration and Maintenance of 7 Mobile vehicles Like SOTM & Surveillance.
• Daily Monitoring Remotes in the Hub through SNMP Server.
• Troubleshooting of all the connectivity related problems for VSAT.
• Fully versed with different satellite technologies like PAMA, DAMA, TDMA, FTDMA, SCPC and in-depth knowledge of various satellite communication products.
• Handled RF equipments like modulators, demodulators, up-converters, down-converters, and antenna-related problems.
• Handling of VSAT calls, carrying out troubleshooting.
• Play the key role during the implementation of the customer’s network.
• Coordinating with remote engineer to solve problem related to remote sites from center location.
I have completed 3 years Diploma in Electronics Engineering in 2000 with 72.5%.
