Working to establish a training center with the future transformation into an academy for one of the kingdom ministries, whose number of employees is equivalent to more than 50 k employees, and working on all procedures that seek to create a work environment centered around raising and building the capabilities of current sector employees and attracting distinguished talents.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

• Established two academies in flynas & Ertiyad Holding Group which had created more effective employees in their roles, who can drive success within their teams and made management training as a priority, that led to improve a companys success and influence their wider team morale.
Human Resource Administration is all about opening up positions to an international audience, and that starts with a proven HRM team with the requisite training and education. I have completed 180 credits to achieve a full Master of Science (MSc)
Educate and arm graduates with the necessary English skills to successfully pursue a career in English/Arabic translation, including written, oral, and audiovisual translation skills. Empower graduates to use their research skills while adhering to proper ethics in the translation field. Develop the necessary personal qualities to add value to the Saudi community. 181 credits hours achieved to pass the programme.
