DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Induction training to all the employees who are working at site
•Following PTW (Permit to Work System) Hot work, Confined space entry, Shaft Entry, Work authorization Etc.
•Identified, recommended, and implemented safe system of work to reduce health and safety hazards.
• Worked as a team to enforce safe work practices in employee work areas.

• Conducting weekly supervisors meeting and discuss accident prevention techniques and safety performance.

•Acted as a liaison to the HSE Manager with the weekly consultant and client inspections and meetings by assuring the site is always as per with company HSE policy and plan.
• Regular training and instructions to all the employees regarding the proper usage of personal protective equipment’s (PPE)
• Provide training to candidates how to operate different types of fire extinguisher
•Daily site inspection and report issues to Safety engineer and Safety Manager
•To conduct daily start talk for workers
•To conduct Risk Assessment as per activity and explain them about the risk & hazards involve in the activity
• Inspection for plant and equipment on weekly basis
•Inspection for scaffold, power tools, full body harness, fire extinguisher, small plantsetc.
• Prepare accident and incident report
•Report violation for unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
• Toolbox talks on weekly basis
• Monitoring of Heavy Lifting Operations.

• To conduct Fire Mock Drills on half yearly basis.
• Provide training for all employees in Operating different types of portable fire extinguishers on Quarterly basis.

• Provide Training how to conduct site safety induction for all employees emphasizing on project safety rules along withal risks of local nature
• Provide Training to Top Management in Operating different types of portable fire extinguishers on Quarterly basis.
• Preparation of Emergency Response Team.
• To issue Hot Work permits for Hazardous Activities.
• Preparation and maintaining of records
• HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control) for all activities

• Ensure all Construction activities being planned as per the safety policy, objective.
• To review and formalize HSE policy, safety objectives and goals.
• To train and communicate site management for implementation of policies and objective.
• To investigate major incidents with site safety management to ensure reoccurrence through communication and proper training.
• Review of Risk assessment, method statement and fire emergency plan ensure safe and documented procedure for working.
• Identify areas for improvement and give safety advice to the site teams by regular site audits.
• Ensure that’ site teams are proactive, up to date and comply with legislation relating to safety, health and environment.
• Assist with the investigation of incidents to establish the root causation and preventative measures required and help communicate the findings and assist in the development of localized improvement plans.
