* Conducting Yearly & Half-yearly appraisals for the team.
Perform Due Diligence and EDD for High, Medium, and Low-Risk Customers by ensuring that AML regulations, policies, and procedures are fully implemented and are in line with Global Standards. Detailed knowledge of quality assurance framework, continuous improvement initiatives, KYC Remediation, risk classification, PEPs investigation, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
* Perform job performance evaluations and human resource management for direct reports.
* Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance and focus on their career path and advancement with the organization.
* Co-ordinate the MI & Governance processes for reporting to the key Risk stakeholder meetings

* Prioritize work to ensure re-works and post-approval work is completed on time.

* Contacting Businesses for clarification of transactions on accounts and seeking approvals.
* Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification, and reporting in accordance with Group requirements.
* Prepare & circulate all the Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.
* Prepare Reports, Dashboards, and Insights, making data available & actionable to managers and other key stakeholders.
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Data Management and Performance Trackers updating.
* Provide support and maintenance to the existing MIS system.
* Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports when necessary.
* Generate and send quality samples to the QC team.
