Security Access control (SACS): being charged of doing factory acceptance test (FAT), site acceptance test (SAT) and performance acceptance test (PAT) of SACS system.
Also in charge of changing the Configuration and maintenance (SACS).
Intrusion detection System (IDAS): being charged of doing factory acceptance test (FAT), site acceptance test (SAT) and performance acceptance test (PAT) of IDAS system.

Handled Projects At SATORP:
- Managed 15 IT personnel provided across the project during the construction phase building up the whole infrastructure for the network and communication for SATORP Temporary facilities.
-IFAT, FAT and SAT of SATORP data network (Singapore).
-IFAT, FAT and SAT of SATORP Entertainment system (Singapore).
-IFAT, FAT and SAT of SATORP Metrological system (Singapore).
-IFAT, FAT and SAT of SATORP Video conference System (Singapore).
-A member of SATORP mobilization team leading the network team during the period of moving the permanent buildings
• Implementation of security access control and intrusion detection system at SATORP Temporary facilities.
• Administration and configuration of the main CISCO call manager.
• Providing 3rd Level Support through Service Desk Plus application for Entire company workstations (500+) in PMT Network (Helpdesk-support-Field Support)
• Supervision of fiber optic activity all over the site (running cables, Splicing and OTDR reports).
• Coordination of all In, Out Of Kingdom packages On-Site and main office in IT and communication matters.
• Coordination between PMT and SATORP ICT Department.
• Coordination and supervision with all main service providers (STC, mobily and Bravo ) for mobile towers and main transamination devices for land line and internet services

• Administering, troubleshooting, and supporting information systems that incorporate Microsoft Windows Servers/Clients.
• Setup & install and test software, application, utilities and systems.
• Support users’ technical problems and give them with solutions, Helpdesk.
• Inform users with any technical modification on system and any additional requirements to operate and run.
• Convey problems to vendor and follow up until they get solved in a timely matter.
• Maintain technical documents problems related to machines & systems and update them.
