This position entails providing most services that come after the purchase of electronic products. Such services include providing technical support solutions to customers who have a need to implement their warranties. Organizing the shipments, of said devices, in and out of the branch. Following up on any devices and cases that have been escalated to the service center. Dealing with angry and disgruntled customers. Also providing consultation to customers who have warranties not covered by the company.
