I have been working as a process lead engineer since 2015.
MY CURRENT RESPONSIBILITES
1-to develop and understand KPIs involved in operating the process units concerned in terms of meeting the product specifications, energy efficiency, asset management, economics and safe standards.
2-perform gap analyses and benchmarking internally among process units and utilities to capture and effectively share best practices.
3-participated in business plan development, coordinate with stakeholders for possible capital involvements on assigned process units and support techno-economical evaluation
4-investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
Chashma ethyl Alcohol plant & biogas plant is a Refinery with 100000 liters of ethyl alcohol /day Processing capacity. Designed by MAGUIN ENTERIES and PROSERPOL companies France. Fully equipped with DCS supplied by YOKOGAWA.
