• Responsible for the end-to-end management of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for the installation of Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS), encompassing engineering design, planning, procurement, and supply chain management to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
• Served as BWTS Project Engineer on VLGC & VLCS vessels, overseeing the installation and commissioning of Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS).
• Coordinated all aspects of BWTS installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to yard standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing progress reports and attending meetings to address project milestones and concerns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electrical automation systems and process piping, following ASME B31.3 standards.
• Managed project lifecycle from Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation to project delivery, leading a team of supervisors and foremen.
• Attend permit to work meetings & approve work permits.
• Implemented internal quality management systems and ensured compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
• Directed ship repair, modification, and overhauling projects for various Indian Navy vessels, tugs, barges, boats, aircraft carriers, and tankers.
