o Responsible to manage all the transactions, incurred at organization, to compile them for preparing monthly Financial Statements.
o To supervise and manage all the incorporated transactions in the developed Financial, Inventory and Payroll Module.
o To develop a strong internal control system for timely receiving's the balance payments from customers, and ultimately the correct Reconciliation process.
o To manage and control the supplier's accounts, with timely follow up correspondence among them to avoid all kind of conflicted transactions.
o Responsible for all Receivables, Payables maintenance and updating.
o Reconciliation of accounts with Banks, venders and customer Accounts
o To develop a strong Cash Management System, for correct disbursement and recordings petty cash.
o To conduct a regular visit and Audit the physical stock taking to reconcile it with the system generated inventory sheets.
Responsible for credit initiation of Saibaan Home Loan Cases, performing following activities :
o Evaluate the credit worthiness of the applicants as per product policy as well as according to Compliance, Quality Assurance and on the basis of prudential regulations of State Bank of Pakistan.
o Scrutinize all Employment, Business, Personal, and Property related documents.
o Review all External Agency’s related reports i.e. Legal, Appraisal, Income Estimation.
o Review and check Title and legal documents.
o Prepare financial Proposals, Approval Letters, Offer Letters and Sanctioned Letter.
o Checking eligibility criteria of applicant as per product policy through system (CAMS)
