Take off Quantity from Design and As Built Cross Sections.
Ensure the Joint Measurements.
Ensure the Test Reports and RFI to Certify the Measurements.
Checking Quantity of Contractor’s cost proposals, new rates and Checking Quantity of variation orders
Help to prepare revised BOQ and variations to the Employer
Preparation of interim payment Application.
Checking subcontractor’s interim payment Application.
Preparation of interim payment certificate.
Physical Measurement and guide labours at Site.
Recording day works.
Evaluating Material Quotations.
Preparation of Cost Proposal of Variations.
Preparation of monthly progress report.
