•To prepare the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and Test Run Execution plans with the
assistance of the commissioning Discipline Lead Engineer.
• Represented the commissioning team as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Construction and Operations.
• Attended joint MC walk down with construction team representing Commissioning team.
• Served as Permit issuing authority for commissioning scope of work.
• Preparation of energy control plan and implementation of LOTO for the same.
• Performed Technical bid evaluation to choose Subcontractor for various Pre commissioning activities as
per technical tender.
• Interface coordination with neighboring contractor about OSBL construction readiness for PTOP.
• Coordinated activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.
• To interface with Client’s operation staff and keep them informed of system completion status.
• Witnessing of all pre-commissioning activities along with discipline representatives and as per KNPC
cleaning matrix.
• To Raise site materials requests (SMR's), technical queries (TQ's) field instructions (FI's) for activities
where necessary and livening up notices (LUN's) where required for energizing.
• To attend Pre start up safety review (PSSR) with Process and client commissioning team.
• To interface with Client’s operation staff and keep them informed of system completion status.
• Pre commissioning of piping system such as Air blowing, Water Flushing, Steam blowing, Lube oil
flushing, chemical cleaning, CW passivation.
• Ensuring all punch items are resolved, client handover is satisfactorily concluded and there is no
prolongation of project.

• Planning and execution of work assigned to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality and
safely.
• Supervision of all piping works and ensure safety quality standards as per plan.
• Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution.
• Installation, fabrication, erection and repairing of all piping system.
• Have knowledge about the code and standards like API, ANSI, ASTM, ASME.

• Familiar with Isometric, GAD, P&ID and Plot plan drawings.
• Ensure that all isometric drawing have been reviewed and checked against P&ID.
• Work permit management for safe working.
