• Responsible for implementation and managing Windows Core Infrastructure and Data Center Operations of Government Cloud at MOTC - Qatar.
• Responsible for handling IT Infrastructure project designing, planning, implementation, and support along with system, application to enable project transition/upgrade.
• Act as level 3 support for all Microsoft systems related incidents and Performing re-active/proactive problem analysis & Root cause analysis.
• Liaise effectively with the incident management team, other support teams to ensure all problems are investigated, diagnosed and providing a permanent fix implemented within the agreed terms of SLA ensuring that these are prioritized by severity and impact criticality.
• Providing 24X7 onsite technical support for all Infrastructure related issues.
• Incident handling & Change request in the environment.
• Design and perform server’s security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
