• Attending fire alarm troubles in different types of panel like Kidde, est3, simplex, zeten and different type extinguisher panel.
• Troubles shooting problems of fire alarm signal transmitter and receivers.
• Handling fire central alarm monitoring system and clearing alarm by priority.
• Handling maintenance of security equipments like X-Ray Machine, Metal Detector, Access Control, VGDS and CCTV.

• Handling maintenance of Departure control systems like BTP (Baggage tag printer, BPP (boarding pass printer) and FIDS (Flight information system) metal Detector, and CCTV.
• Working on OLYMPUS Data Base Management Systems (Help Desk Management) Task includes fault logging and analyzing of database, collecting, preparing fault reports and presentation of all aspects.
• Trouble shooting problems of x-ray (smiths’ heimann and rapiscan) metal detector, departure control system and CCTV at the customer’s location that have been reported throughout the shift.
• Network Administration
• Providing technical support and maintaining workstation Windows9X, Win 2000, Windows XP and Win2003 Server.
• Handling all issues related to Desktops, Laptops.
• Configuring and trouble shooting different types windows networks.
• Installation and troubleshooting Hardware Devices and its driver problems
• Assembling and Trouble shooting of PC’s.
• Installation and Configuration of MS Office Products, MS Outlook, Outlook Express etc.,
• To Configure, administer and perform basic troubleshooting on printers.
• Configuring different type’s networks.
• Trouble shooting network connectivity and internet connectivity problem
