Contracts Management :
 Contract Drafting and finalization.

 Research, Analyze and propose price variations, extensions, amendments based on merit of the projects, assignments, tasks.
 Analyzing & Study of Evaluation report. Prepares commercial
evaluation and propose best available option.
 Experienced & well-versed with nuances of Multimillion Contracts including Construction, Maintenance, SLA’s, Lease Agreements, Events & Sponsorship Contracts
 Finalize BOQ calculation as per approval or report.
 Negotiation with Contractors/agreement of additional costs.
 Ensure Contract compliances on statutory, benchmarked & deliverable per established KPI’s
 Reviews requisitions and Purchase Orders for ensuring accuracy.
 Review final draft of supervisor & ensure documents & process compliances.
 Good understanding of Non Disclosure Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Novation Agreement and Settlement Disputes.
Tendering:
 Develop and formulate documentation for pre-qualifications if required.
 Develop and finalize Tender Documents, incorporating special terms where necessary.
 Coordinates Tendering process with different department.
 Sound comprehension of Tendering process like Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Tender Bulletins, Clarification Bulletins etc.
Vendor Management:
 Facilitate and lead communication with Vendors, End Users on Contractual Issues.
 Issue Certificates to the Contractor for payment. (Ready for Certificate, Provisional Acceptance Certificate, Final Acceptance Certificate and Completion Certificate).
 Advises Contractor regarding steps to be followed during different level of Contract.
 Obtain offers from the Contractor before the due date.
 Obtains tender bonds, performance bonds, warranties etc. from the contractor.
Customs
 Coordinates with End Users, Vendors and Shipping department regarding issuance of Customs letter.
 Verify Customs request letter (NOL/DPC) and communicate with Vendor issues related to shipment.
 Confirms items are as per the Contract and submission are as per order.
 Maintaining records of all import /export shipments documents.
 Quick decision making skills to clear the shipment within due date without fine.
 Advises End users cost incurred for the purpose of raising CEAR.

Letters:
 Formulate and develop Letter of Award, Letter of Intent based on report.
 Analyze & Review documents and issue approval letters to subcontractor

Communication:
 Regular Communication with End Users and Vendors regarding Contractual issues.

Problem solving and Decision Making:
 Coordinate team and lead team deliverables in the absence of Team Leader.
 Identify and resolve problems / gray areas relating to Contracts.

Administrative coordination:
 Assist Senior Manager for collating and formulating relevant documents/approvals.
 Maintain business, process and statutory documentation & files for audit compliances.
 Develop MIS reports on analytics and progress to Senior Manager on Civil Works, Service and Maintenance Contract.
