The Automated Human Resources System is a software package designed and developed to the various tasks commonly performed by the HR Department of any Saudi company
It is a comprehensive people management solution that is composed of several applications that were developed to efficiently manage a company’s workforce by providing easy access to employee related information. It is composed of several applications designed to manage employee documents and other employee related information.
The application provides automated workflow, for example, some of the applications provide self-service employee access to data that they require (e.g. personal data) and department manager access to managerial functions (e.g. online approval of requests). It also supports imaging, which allows employees to attach images or softcopy of files when needed.
The Human Resources application has the following features:

In any geographical information system. Facilities management system project data is the largest single investment comprising over half of the total project cost. the single most powerful feature of FIS is its ability to integrate a variety of underling software modules into one shell through its versatile query reporting function .A comprehensive query composition panel allows queries allow to be composed and saved. in this way all FIS functionality is accessible to the user through the use of these saved queries that may be executed simply by pointing and clicking the mouse.
My Role in this project
- Design and development of “reports module” application in VB 6.0
As front and oracle 7/8i as back end using crystal reports 7.0
As reporting engine.
- Design and development of user interface of most of the modules
of FIS using visual C++ 5.0/6.0 as front end.
- Design and customized development of third party application
