• Service: - Developing 3D models for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm,
Public Address, Data/Telecom, BMS) and Electrical systems (lighting, power distribution,
earthing, cable tray routing, etc.) using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Create detailed shop drawings to aid in field installation and construction.
• Responsible for creating BIM model and specific Electrical model and construction model
using Revit Transferring construction documents into the model.
• Performing clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, mechanical,
and Plumbing teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical/ELV systems.

• Service: - Small Power, ACS, CCTV, Lighting and Power, LCS, Earthing, ICT, AV, BMS, PAVA,
Fire Alarm, Intercom, Cable Tray and Trunking.
• Prepare the LOD-500 As-built Design Models.
• Manage and organize As-built drawings, equipment data, and equipment documentation.
• Responsible for creating BIM model and specific Electrical model and construction model
using Revit Transferring construction documents into the model.
• Design power distribution systems, including panel layouts, circuiting, and load calculations.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts between electrical systems
and other building systems within the BIM environment.
• Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models of electrical systems, incorporating power
distribution, lighting fixtures, and related components.
• Conduct regular model review and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of
the ELV, electrical BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical designs
are integrated seamlessly into the overall project model or cad files.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input on electrical system design &
integration

• Service: -Lighting and Power, LCS, Earthing, Small Power, Cable Tray and Trunking, ACS,
CCTV, ICT, AV, BMS, PAVA, Fire Alarm, Intercom.
• Create and Containments containing Cable Tray, Implementation Standard and Library
organizing.
• Create and develop and manage detailed BIM Models for electrical systems including power
distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems and ELV systems.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts between electrical systems
and other building systems within the BIM environment.

• Service: - ACS, CCTV, Structure Cabling System, Fire Alarm, AV System, PAVA, Master Clock,
Intercom system, Intrusion detection system (IDS), Cable Tray, Lighting and Power.
• Create and Containments containing Cable Tray, Implementation Standard and Library
organizing.
• Design power distribution systems, including panel layouts, circuiting, and load calculations.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure proper
integration and coordination of electrical & ELV elements within the overall building model.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts between ELV & electrical
systems and other building systems within the BIM environment.
• Conduct regular model review and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of
the ELV, electrical BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input on ELV & Electrical system
design & integration.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical designs
are integrated seamlessly into the overall project model or cad files.
• Team lead and coordinate the shop drawing submission schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by Engineer/Manager

• Drafting layout details drawing for Fire Alarm, Firefighting.
• Prepares detail the drawing, sections, installation, schematic diagrams.
• Prepares Shop drawing for client approval.

• Prepares Shop drawing and as-built drawings using the AutoCAD.
• Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
• Responsible for planning, revisions, and detailing working drawings.
• Attended client meetings and site visits.
