- Provide 2nd level Technical Support.
- Work on windows server 2008 Active Directory.
- Responsible for Messaging System - Exchange 2007.
- Ensure hardware and software policies are maintained.
- Provision support for users working at field projects.
- Ensure availability of IT systems and infrastructure for all IT related projects.
- Participates in the training of users and computer operations personal on new systems.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems & Network.
- Manage problems that are escalated by the Helpdesk team
- Confere with Staff & Management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
- User Management on Domain level aligned with HR.
- Installing / Configuring Visual Devices and Printers.
- Perform all other ad-hoc activities within IT Scope as and when required and requested by the Senior IT Manager.
I was Awarded a full University Scholarship By the Europian Union because of my high grades in the Lebanese official Exams in 2005
