Project: Diriyah Gate Development Project (DG-PH1 N+S SPINE TUNNEL MEP & FINISHES)
Project Overview: The Diriyah Gate will be a mixed-use development spanning an area of 7 km², with historical and heritage assets at its core, complemented by entertainment, shopping, Tunnels and residential elements. It will create a living heritage site that reflects the events of the first capital and showcases a magnificent example of Najdi architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and supervise on-site mechanical construction activities including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and Pumping Stations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, ASME, NFPA).
•Monitor contractor performance, review technical submittals, shop drawings, and schedules, enforcing strict quality control and timely execution.
•Conduct site coordination meetings to resolve technical and contractual issues, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
•Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and project-specific safety protocols; issue SORs and NCRs where necessary.
•Prepare detailed progress reports, manage delays and claims, and mentor Mechanical Inspectors to support professional development.
•Review and approve QA/QC documentation including PQP, ITPs, KPIs, and method statements; ensure timely closure of SORs, NCRs, and CARs.
•Conduct formal site inspections and weekly QA/QC meetings with contractors; verify implementation of remedial actions and submit reports to the client.
•Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), audit schedules, and surveillance plans based on performance and risk analysis.
•Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are documented, implemented, and verified.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and PMC to ensure seamless integration and delivery of mechanical systems within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision, monitoring and inspections for site construction operations, Testing & Commissioning and maintenance activities with
reference to approved Shop drawings, Method statement, Inspection & test plan along with local authority regulations, globally
recognized codes and standard guidelines, in liaison with all the relevant stakeholders for below systems:

1. HVAC ducting with associated Fire curtain dampers, Motorized smoke fire dampers and accessories, Air-Handling units, Package
units, Chilled water systems, Smoke Management system: Staircase pressurization fans, Smoke Extract fans, Smoke curtain, make up
fans, miscellaneous Ventilation and Exhaust fans, Fan coil units, Variable/Constant air volume (VAV/CAV) boxes, VRF and Split unit
systems.

2.Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression: FM200/NOVEC systems, Foam system, Fire pumps, Fire Extinguishers, Sprinkler and Standpipe
systems, Landing valves, Fire hydrants, Fire hose cabinet and Fire hose reel systems.
3. Potable water networks, Water features, Water supply and distribution networks, pumping station, Fuel oil systems, Sewerage
lifting station, UPVC, CPVC, Ductile Iron and HDPE pipes with fittings, Flow meter chamber, Irrigation networks and various Plumbing
systems and drainage and Storm-water networks.
• Analyzed project specifications, developed work schedules, and delegated tasks to different teams.
• Manage Consultant and clients, monitoring projects, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Follow-up for closure the Issue with Consultant regarding the reports Site deficiency reports (SDR) and Non-Conformance reports
(NCR)
• Analyze the technical queries raised by the consultant for clashes, interface missing information and discrepancy in drawings and provide
solution for technical engineering problems in coordination with technical team
• Attend weekly Progress meeting and MEP services related technical meetings with design team as directed by Project Manager /
Construction Manager.
• Attend regular meetings with Consultant representative in order to update for site construction progress and unresolved issues.
• Providing and Review the scope of items to be claim for the Interim Payment Certificates to the QS team.
• Review various Engineering submittals such as Material Submittals, Method Statements, Risk assessment, Inspection test plan and Pre
Qualification documents, Design drawings, Shop drawings, Coordination drawings, as-built drawings with reference to globally
recognized standards such as IBC, NFPA, IPC, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB, and local authorities National Water Company and Civil
Defiance regulations.
• Witness Quality Inspections for site delivered material as per approved material submittals followed by review and sign-off for
corresponding documents.
• Witness Quality inspections for site execution as per approved shop drawings and method statement, and oversee Pre-commissioning,
Testing & Commissioning activities for afore-mentioned MEP systems in liaison with client representative, followed by review and sign
off for corresponding documents.
• Conducted research on field developments and networking with other engineers and professionals. Safeguarded that each project stays
within the allocated budget and timeframe. Scheduled meetings and training sessions when necessary.
• Review Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Provide all required certificates to client while handing over and maintenance contract for 1 year after installation
• Assisting the project Manager during preparation of final test reports, as built drawings, operation and maintenance manual and handing
over the project to client.
• Preparation of Site Punch/Snag list for Contractors remedial actions followed by inspection for De-snagging in line with final
acceptance criteria for final handing over to the Consultant/Client/ End user.

• Construction monitoring and compliance of contractors, ensuring works are carried out as per the drawings, specifications and standards,
as per schedule and ensures compliance to ES&H plans, quality standards and local/national regulatory safety codes.
• Coordinate performance of the installation contractors, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, client, and other stakeholders involved in foundation works and superstructure installation
• Input to ensure continuous construction work fronts availability through review of look ahead schedules, commodity charts, resource
charts, engineering deliverables, material delivery schedules and any other service requirements including contractor submittals
• Ensures required permits and licenses are in place prior to the start of the specific work at site. Verifies compliance with Permit and
License requirements and stipulations
• Responsible for reviewing and approving the contractors submittals, technical queries, Field change documents and other technical
documents including Drawings and As-Builts
• Coordinating, resolving, or delegating on-site queries.
• Review the client contract document for the job description and scope of work and prepare route sheet for the job received for repair after
a thorough inspection of equipment.
• Perform the initial inspection and complete strip down of equipment if required. Prepare the preliminary inspection report and send back
for operations for quotation.
• Record the identification and traceability of the equipment to avoid mix-up and maintain record.
• Verify the spare list for equipment and perform the inspection after cleaning of the equipment. Perform dimensional and visual
inspection as required by manufacturer and maintain the record.
• Inspect the spare received at shop, verify the COC and installation of spare parts.
• Inspection of welding activities for repair works and verifies the WPS, PQR and WQT for welder before startup of welding activity.
Inspection of consumable, baking and storage of electrodes and welding machine calibration.
• Review and coordinate for NDT and hardness testing of repair equipment and review the reports.
• Verify the blasting and painting activities and measurement of DFT and WFT of painted areas and maintain the coating and painting
records respectively.
• Participate in the quality meetings with PMT to highlight weekly quality issues to the project engineer and maintain the MOM records.
• Monitoring the quality systems of contractor, third parties and subcontractors procedure implementation and quality personal
performance.
• PMCC walk through to verify the completion of scope of work and standard requirements and generate the PMCC item in case any
violation or pending scope of work from the contractor.
• Verification and verification of WPS as per scope of work and get approval.
• Submission of all the documents to clients to get approved from PMT/PID. Working as a document controller to maintain the records of
all the documents.
• Inspection of pre-welding, fit-up, in-process welding and post welding inspection of welding joints prior to Inspection.
• Preparation of Welders qualification tests WQT as per ASME IX and applicable project specifications, their deployment and maintaining
welder qualification record. Review of PWHT, UT, MT, PT, RT reports and Radiographic films.
• Responsible for the inspection of foundation with the surveyor to check elevation, top of bolt, distance between the bolts etc.
• Inspection of the fabrication and erection of the structure, tanks, piping as per Isometric and P&ID drawings and following relevant
standards & approved QCPS.

Description: Developed multiple structures including residential buildings (Ground Floor + 5 floors), administrative buildings (Ground Floor + 2 floors), mosque, theatre, main dormitories (Ground Floor + 2 floors), sports training center, educational facilities, restaurant, central kitchen, clinic, musical building, workshop dormitories, supply and maintenance building, security gates and parking areas.
B) Project: Residential Buildings Bin Abdul Aziz Phase 4 (KAP-4) - Developing locations of Directorates and HQ of Security Sectors Duration: Dec 2017 - Nov 2019

Project Overview:
To provide housing solutions for ministry personnel and associated staff. The project typically involves the construction of multiple residential buildings (G+5 floors), with a total of 10 buildings designed to accommodate a significant number of residents. The scope includes not only the buildings but also associated infrastructure such as Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, lift stations, underground pump rooms, utilities, landscaping, and security features.

Project Overview:
To provide dedicated residential facilities for nursing staff and healthcare professionals working at King Fahad Medical City (KFMC). The high-rise buildings, including four towers with 14 floors each, aim to support staff accommodation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance healthcare delivery.

E) Project: Main Mosque at King Saud University Duration: March 2012 - April 2013

A large mosque covering an area of 60, 000 sq. meters, with a capacity to accommodate 5, 000 worshippers simultaneously. The project also includes associated shops, buildings, and parking facilities for approximately 700 cars.

Additionally, there is a separate parking building spanning 2 floors, with space allocated for 300 cars per floor. The project also includes a mosque and a shopping mall building.
