Repair, over haul and periodic services of automobiles.
To carry out break down investigation, fault analysis and recommend repair requirements and trouble shooting.
Arranging spare parts & coordinating for services.
Assigning manpower for different tasks in various locations.
To coordinate with manager and technicians and to support work activities.
Responsible for getting multiple quotations, review technically and commercially, price comparisons and to proceed for manager approvals and LPO preparations.
Responsible for all documentation related to repair reports, cost estimation, daily job reports, workers time sheet, etc.
To monitor daily work procedures and report to manager along with daily progress reports.
Areas of Expertise
Capable of doing any trouble shooting, repair and over hauling work on heavy automobile engines, transmission and hydraulic systems.
Experience in diesel engines such as for JCB, Nissan UD (United Diesel) Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Mercedes Benz, and Daihatsu with 4 to 6 cylinders.
Experience in petrol engines such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Suzuki of 4 & 6 cylinders and 1.3 L to 2.5 Liter capacity.
Expertise in seal replacements, head facing, valve facing and clearance, crank shaft timing, etc.
Experience in overhauling of front and back differentials.
Experience in automatic and manual transmissions of various makes and capacities.
Service and repair of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic jack, and hose systems of steering, gear, forklifts, crane, lift, boom and carrier operations of JCB, etc.
Manpower and machinery planning and supervising.
Head block crack and pressure testing
Computer skills for data entries, report preparations, and official emails, Oracle entries.
Successfully completed Safety course under technical department of DPA

Crane, Terminal Tractor, forklifts, RTG (rubber tyre gantry) crane etc
