JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Installs, tests and maintains systems / machinery & equipment /pre-cut structures/means of transport (as the case
is) as per specifications and clearly defined work procedures to meet customer/client's requirement.
2-Checks and ensures that locations of power circuits, outlets, load centers or assembly and fittings are in place
3-Inspects and locates problems; repairs and replaces malfunctioning parts/systems within the quickest time possible
averting/minimizing downtime
4-Checks systems / equipment for compatibility with specifications and safety of components
5-Performs inspection and preventive maintenance periodically in conformity with prescribed work methods, quality
standards and safety guidelines
6-Alerts the immediate supervisor on the faulty systems/tools/structures and recommends remedial actions to avert
downtime or hazardous result.
7-Performs troubleshooting, upgrading and overhauling as per requirement.
8-Coordinates with external service providers if need arises for service and maintenance
9-Uses safety wares / items, unfailingly observes work related safety rules and practices and performs safely, reliably
and efficiently
10-Assists in procuring essential supplies/items for service and maintenance
1- Ensure that locations of circuits, outlets, load centers, panel boards etc. are in place for the systems
2- Check the circuits for proper connections ensuring electrical compatibility and safety of components
3- Install telephone systems, intercom and other minor office equipment
4- Re-wire buildings and replace old electrical fixtures / installations
5- Perform repair work for breakdown within the quickest time possible in order to minimize downtime
6-Assist in procuring required supplies and components.
7- Perform repairs of breakdowns and other routine maintenance tasks safely, reliably and efficiently
8- Inspect and communicate to the supervisor needs for repair, modification or replacement.
9- Raise requests (PRF's) for items required to meet job requirements
