PROJECT: G4( 3 DOMESTIC AND 2 SEMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS)

In Kingdom:
1. Presently working as a Department Head of Electrical/Electronic facilities in facility
management division with Safari Company Ltd Riyadh on their Project for General Authority
of Civil Aviation Airports dealing in operation and maintenance, installation, testing
commissioning, inspection troubleshooting of electrical, electronics and communication
systems at 5 International, Regional and Domestic Airports in the Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
> Responsible for audit, inspection operation & maintenance of airport facilities
> Responsible for independent technical judgment for administrating the operation and
maintenance of technical equipment’s.
< Responsible for utilization of computerized maintenance management system and
communicate all other department including operations, Human resources, safety and
transportation.
< Coordinating day to day operation of the maintenance team with the assistance of
maintenance lead and site managers
< Providing functional and technical knowledge required for all the material handling, building
facilities and asset management
> Perform activities conforming to Environment Health & Safety Policy, applicable regulatory,
company EH&S rules and requirements.
> Interfaced on a daily basis with clients, contractors and government officials such as
GACA/DACO/AIRPORT DIRECTORS
>Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
> Conducted walkthroughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation
of the physical structures of all equipment’s
> Perform quality control and monitor operations KPIs and budget analysis
> Monitor and overseas the work of external contractors to ensure terms of agreement in SLA and
SOP are met and work is completed satisfactory.
Develop effective corrective action plans/programs to minimize major equipment failures
resulting in high maintenance costs and downtime.
< Ensure all operations are carried on in appropriate, cost-effective way.
< Communication with the site staff 24/7 and supporting with technical advice.
< Participates in the development and administration of ground and building maintenance budget,
coordination the allocation of resources following budget approval; recommends approval of
expenditures.
< Update and maintains list of major facilities equipment’s including life cycle and replacement
costs
> Oversee and assist maintenance teams during repair/installations, testing, commissioning &
maintenance of Electrical low voltage, medium voltage and mechanical systems, Security
systems CCTV, FIRE ALARM, TRANSFORMERS, SWITCHGEAR, HVAC, HAND BAGGAGE
SCANNERS, and other project Electrical and Electronics equipment’s.
> Support and assist team to perform semiannually and annually PM for IR test, TTR test,
infra-red thermographic test on site and submit COC to the client.
> Responsible for maintaining Air field lighting system and its related equipment’s PAPI, CCR
and stand by Generators.
> Manage and monitor the integrated facilities performance for PPM and reactive work against
KPIs.
> Make site visit inspections and meetings with the site managers and supervisors to closely
monitor for operation and maintenance as per GACA requirements.
> Delegating tasks and then monitoring site staff performance.
> Meeting with Client (GACA) Engineers for discussion for PM/CM/deficiencies and monitoring on
airport facilities maintenance and renovation and construction projects.

• Plans, directs, coordinates and implements preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Male and Female Administration Buildings, Conference hall, Train stations, and Housing and Sports facilities for electrical equipment.

• Handle technical issues during shifts for Electrical, complaints and activities.

• Supervises electrical works on Low Voltage, Sub-stations, MDB’s and switch gears. Monitoring, buildings lighting system maintenance and the whole electrical system of the project.

• Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are following correctly

• Management of site activities covering identification of scope, survey, planning, ensuring compliance to quality and safety standards.

• Co-ordinate daily site inspection inclusive of preparation of daily, weekly notification, inspection sheets and attending site meetings.

• Implemented regularly scheduled testing, maintenance, and PM of electrical.

• Electrical Load Calculation for Residential and Commercial Buildings when needed.

• Provided all required electrical system technical report.

• Supported the energy health and safety (EHS) with all required electrical work leading to reduction of power consumption.

• Training employees for Inspections and monitoring of Energy consumptions and saving.

• Ensure that all the site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
