The giant training company in Saudi Arabia concentrated in the training of IT, English, Management, Schools, Call centers etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handle air tickets, travel and hotel reservations, and follow-up with all departments associated with the implementation of this work.
•Handling of all commercial, visit, invitation and employment visa of company.
•Providing the requirements for the training centers.
•Handling health insurance of employees, like issue new cards, addition, deletion, upgrade classes etc.
•Responsible for overall admin documents and preparing standard documents for audit like petty cash, daily sales records, banking records, overall accounts work and staffs document
•Scheduling and conducting Training for faculties.
•Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reviewing incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and to plan for their distribution.
•Managing courier service and follow up about the payments with account department.
•Receive the signing folder and order priorities of the signature according to the needs of departments and managers working interest.
•Keep records of agreements - contracts - related to the VP Office.
•Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
•Coordinating and follow-up for the VP with the other departments.
•Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
•Prepare requested reports, schedules and travel arrangements effectively.
•Perform other related duties as required.
Writing international and local business correspondence.
•Dealing with main suppliers
