KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ability to Study the Project and evaluate its scope of work.
• Check the Bill of Quantities and make comparison between the client and our own
Takeoffs.
• Good communication skills. Undertake and manage interim commercial meetings with the Client and Internal Project Team. Report in detail as required for the Electro
- Mechanical Estimation Manager on the commercial status of the project.
• Ability to identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to Senior Management. Follow direction of Senior Management in undertaking work duties.
• Have a practical understanding of scheduling and the associated commercial implications
• Maintain accurate records and provide necessary detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing.
• Ability to work on own initiative and can priorities without direction.
• Speed and accuracy of information a priority.
• Negotiate, as necessary, with clients or their representatives.
• Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties.
• To handle independently project engineering and detailed HVAC system
• Installation as per drawings, Produce quality submittals for materials and technically perfect shop drawings.
• Trouble shooting, providing technical assistance, ramp co-ordination operation, Maintenance of equipment.
• Project management and supervision as per clients supervising engineers.
• As a priority check all safety measurements for workers as well as machineries
• Monitoring progress of work and issuing proper technical specification to worker.
• Responsible for testing, commissioning and balancing.

• To make schedule for the Product to order as per Production Demand.
• Making Progress report in order to show to department.
• Working with SAP Software in make planning & re-scheduling for Whole Annual
Production and if any changes in production.
• Making Order for the necessary items in order to precede the production job.
• Daily Co-ordination with other department in order to avoid stoppage of production.
• Supervision of all items and making their weekly and monthly schedule.
• Monitoring progress of maintenance work.
• Attending the weekly & monthly meeting.
• Arranging meeting with the Clients or Customer to show them the prospectus and the show them latest schemes.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
