• Simplification and Innovation:
o Developed an SOP of Invoice submission to A/P team by suppliers to reduce at zero level of payment delay;
o Discussed with OTR and logistic team to simplify and reduce the time for PO creation to avoid delay in payment for Freight and custom clearance supplier;
o Suggested SSP team to addition and modification to make more easy and user friendly SSP;
o Discussion with Finance Team to implement blanket PO to save the time of stakeholders;
o Idea to add cost center at receiving level in oracle to speed up the payment time.
o Introduced e-Auction system for Civil and Pre-installation work in OTR.
• Sourcing Reviewer:
o To approve PO as a Sourcing Reviewer for Saudi Arabia, UAE and Jordan;
o To approve direct and indirect Supplier Addition WF for Saudi, UAE and Jordan;
