Develop and maintain planning control structures in alignment with the approved project Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS).
 Develop and maintain baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software.
 Attend Weekly & Monthly Progress review Meetings with the Client.
 Preparing look-ahead schedules that reflect the priority activities to be executed.
 Monitor overall project progress status, and achievement of major milestones, and analyze project
performance about planned performance.
 Prepare variance reports for the internal team to review and mitigate delays.
 Attend internal project progress and performance status meetings as required.
 Prepare/Review Baseline program with resource and cost loading including construction
methodology
 Prepare/Review the S-curves (cash-in chart) in line with the baseline schedule.
 Compare & analyze earned value with actual and planned values and report in the
form of CPI and SPI.
 Prepare and update the Power BI dashboards as per client standards.
 Ensure to maintain the Master Deliverable Register throughout the project.
 Analyze delays and prepare EOT for consultant submission.
 Analyze schedule variance & plan remedy if there i s any negative variance.
 Prepare weekly / monthly project reports.
 Prepare Project Control Statements & monthly forward a load of resources.
 Prepare portfolio-level project reports.
 Upon completion of the project, verify that the as-built schedule reflects
accurate completion dates for each scheduled activity

Ensure that the schedule is based on the project execution strategy and schedule
milestones are achievable.
 Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable.
 Ensure that required resources and skill sets are available to meet the schedule resources
are leveled and activities are rescheduled if the required skill set is not available.
 Ensure that the schedule is updated and maintained valid throughout the project and
that PM and team are aware of forward load and manpower availability.
 Document schedule changes and keep time-phased copies of the schedule of the work as
historical records as the project progresses.
