Engaged as the Commercial Director, my role entails the establishment and leadership of the Commercial function for 3 giga programmes from startup while managing day to day tasks such as procurement and packaging strategy, cost planning, contract drafting and interpretation, cost reporting and post contract administration/management. The team that I lead provides advice and review of estimates on costs of facilities, theming and show/ride content. I provide executive level reporting on programme and project levels while managing and assisting technical teams to turn their requirements into the preparation of task orders/work packages while maintaining rolling revenue & profit forecasts reporting on project performance.
