Responsibilities
 Planning and Monitoring Project activities such as Technical works, Drawings Status, Moulding, Casting of Precast and GRC Panels in the Factory, Delivery to the Site, Erection & Finishing Works as per preliminary items in BOQ.
 Submission and preparation of monthly payment application to the Main Contractor`
 Detailed submission of Structural and Architectural Variations along with planning program.
 Assist the Planning for preparation of progress work flow chart for invoice certification.
 Prepare the charts to explain the progress work and invoices.
 Prepare the critical path, miles stones and their activities to facilitate the preparation of invoices of the project as per project planning.
 Certify subcontractors’ final and interim invoices.
 Coordinating with Consultants and Client Engineers relating to claim matters.
 Follow up and ensuring that payments from the client are punctual.
 Attend the weekly meeting with client and consultant to discussing the invoicing matters, back charges, progress reports for approval of the submitted invoices.
 Monitoring all of Company's Sub-Contractors for their Works to follow the Programs of the Project.
 Preparing & Updating Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Progress Reports for the Project and Coordinating with the Main Contractor.
 Worked on Preparation of Delay Analysis & Extension of Time (EOT) Claims, negotiating with the main contractor and consultant for its approval.

 Achievements
In Dubai Mall project, GPCC scope was envelope of mall with GRC and Precast concrete elements, I raised variations with respect to change in GRC Pattern. I proved with hard work during the meetings and i got approval of nearly AED, 15, 000, 000.00 which was the 13% of the project, I was appreciated by the project Manager/Company.

I was doing my job as Senior Quantity Surveyor, tendering and Estimation of the project, Bidding of the project, Client meeting for Escalations and other purpose
were my basic duties.
