• Requirement Analysis: collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating them into functional requirements for the ERP system.
• System Configuration: configuring the ERP software according to the specific business processes and workflows.
• Data Migration: planning and executing the migration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• System Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of the ERP system to identify and resolve any functional or technical issues before going live.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system and maximize its benefits.
• Change Management: managing the change process associated with ERP implementation, including addressing user concerns, managing resistance, and promoting user adoption.

Advise and support national TB control programs and their stakeholders on design and development
of electronic recording and reporting systems for national routine surveillance, with data flow from facility level up to national level;
• Advise on data management in large TB research projects; such as nationwide TB prevalence surveys and drug resistance surveys, in collaboration with (KNCV) epidemiologists;
• Perform data validation and basic analysis on large databases during data collection in order to ensure high quality data;
• Design Web sites using WordPress;
• Build capacity on surveillance and data management by on the job training and also through the development and implementation of adult education methodologies;
• Support the development of new projects and write grant proposals on surveillance and data management;
• Design, develop, deploy Information management web sites and databases, and train user on using online web application.
• Provide Information Management support to the Education “Task Force” for key decision making such as data collection, needs assessments, collation, mapping, analysis, and information dissemination relevant to the needs of the Education response. This includes building capacity of NGO and government partners;
• Compile results against agreed Humanitarian Performance Monitoring System for emergency reporting against response plan targets, and reporting on results and produce Situation Reports of Education response on agreed schedule;
• Compilation of results and data will be done in coordination with Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and relevant partners;
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of systems for easy access and tracing of humanitarian performance data, documentation of all collective decisions and recommendations relevant to the Education Sector;
• Assist in the design and implementation of activities aimed at enhancing the capacity of MEST, Education section and partners to track and compile HPM information; ensuring that IM standards, policies and tools, as advised by the MEST are followed, and feedback is given on appropriateness, with suggestion for possible improvements;
• Manages feasibility studies, systems analysis, design, development and implementation of new systems, in particular overseeing the technical development and maintenance of information systems;
• Develops detailed system and functional specifications and user documentation for major systems;
• Provides advice to users, analyzing users’ requirements and translating these into new applications including;
• Maintains, upgrades or enhances existing systems; troubleshoots and provides continuing user support and, to resolve difficult problems, monitoring transactions to measure performance and continued effectiveness of assigned systems, etc;
• Develops and maintains computer programs that require integration of interrelated systems and program elements; ensures appropriate data security and access controls considering both local and wide area issues;
• Organizes and performs unit and integrated testing, designing and utilizing test bases; assists users in acceptance testing;
• Develops training materials, operating and user manuals; trains staff in assigned systems;
• Develops disaster recovery plans and ensures appropriate planning and training of those responsible;
• Researches, analyzes and evaluates new technologies and makes recommendations for their deployment;
• Participates in writing reports and papers on systems-related topics, system requirements, information strategy, etc.;
• Provides guidance to, and may supervise, new/junior staff, consultants, etc.
