Preparing Plan & safe work Procedures.
➢ Permit to work system in place.
➢ Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Application of programs to remove the hazards from the work place and to correct unsafe work practices.
➢ Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces according to regulations.
➢ Identify and test work areas for potential accident and health hazards and implement appropriate control
measure.
➢ Make sure that the organization is aware of and complies with all legislation in relation to the use of its
plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities.
➢ Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices
and legislation.
➢ Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the health and safety program.
➢ Acts in an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to health and safety for the guidance of the
employer and the workers.
➢ Develop health and safety systems, including policies, procedures and manuals.
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA), and ensuring Implementation of Control Measures.
➢ Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
➢ Preparing monthly &weekly EHS reports.
➢ Permit-to-Work System Compliance for Excavation, Hot work, Confined Space Work etc.,
➢ Liaison with Operator in regards to HSE matters.
➢ Initialize and forward all necessary accident reports to the Manager such as Accident Report, Near
Miss Reports, Unsafe Condition Reports, etc.
➢ Conducting minute of meeting with site supervisors.
➢ Provide first Aid care to the best of my ability and level of training.
➢ Prepare Risk Assessment of Method Statement.
➢ Coordinates the Company's HSE Award program
➢ Co-ordination of Third-Party Inspection for Cranes, Lifting accessories.
➢ Liaison with Approved External Training Agency to arrange External Training for Site Scaffold, Riggers,
and Crane Operators as per Legal Requirement.
➢ Give adequate safety instruction to each and every new employee.
➢ Weekly & monthly report preparing on all health, safety &environment issues.
➢ Promptly report all injuries, incident & accident to Manager.
➢ Give necessary training to employees to handling material as per MSDS.

➢ Ensures that safety equipment and facilities are kept in best working condition by developing and
implementing equipment inspection and preventive maintenance programs, setting up efficient
record keeping systems of all equipment under his responsibility and recommends the replacement of
faulty equipment.
➢ Assists with industrial hygiene surveys to identify and quantify occupational workplace stresses.
➢ Keeps abreast of new developments, safe working practices, government regulations and
relevant international codes of practice.

Major activities like implementation of management safety policies, site safety induction, regular safety inspections, conducting training and safety meetings very frequently, assigning suitable personal protective equipment to all the employees respectively etc.
Adhering to the work permit systems and monitoring the working conditions, providing safe access/egress to the employees at all work sites, maintaining good housekeeping, first aid procedures wherever required, developing good attitudes and accountability for each and every employee etc.
Major areas of experience in terms of activities are food safety, fabrication works, steel erections, electrical safety, excavation works, works on heights (scaffolds), load lifting works (rigging) etc.
