interview new employees, make advices for selections, follow the chosen candidates until they sign the contract then hand them over to the consider department, schedule quartly training courses for employees chosen by each department, follow the courses of the employees and make sure that the schedule running on time, follow employees after courses by weekly reports from the considered departments, communicate with finance for the monthly pay scale of each employee and finally report any misbehavior to the considered superior.
