Responsibilities include: • Assisting the PRO for all activities related to all government departments such as GDRFA, MOHRE, RTA, Police Station etc… • PRO outside activities in the absence of Senior PRO - visiting government offices to represent the company to follow up all legal issues. • Translating any kind of police and court reports such as Loss certificates and other documents. • Translating Arabic Birth & Death certificates and Marriage contracts into English & vice versa • Making rental agreements & Letters to all government departments in Arabic and English • Responsible in translating all Legal contracts (Hire agreements etc) from Arabic to English or vice versa. • Responsible in translating all Traffic fines and accident reports. • Preparation of all Arabic letters (i.e. Umrah and Saudi Visit visa) related to all Government Departments & consulates (i.e. GDRFA, MOHRE, POLICE STATION etc….) • Processing the DHA medical applications in DHA Salem system and following up with every year renewal of DHA Salem system. • To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications in local government bodies websites like MOHRE for new visa quota, inspection at company office and labor accommodations, work permit Renewal, work permit Cancellation, work permit modification, new and renewal of Labor Contract, outstation cancellation of work permit • Typing and applying online in Smart GDRFA for New visa, Visa renewal, visa cancellation, change status, profession change, Absconding registration, Renewal of Establishment registration, stamping visas on passport, update and modification of personal data in immigration system • Exporting the Labour and Visa expiry details of employees from MOHRE and Smart GDRFA website and following up with their renewals after confirming with concerned departments. • Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department. • Keep updated all the company documents (Trade license, Immigration Establishment Card, Labor Establishment card etc…)
HR Coordinator responsibilities include: Handling mobilization and De mobilization activities of company employees • Managing Induction Programs; supervising the completion of joining formalities and ensuring that employees settle into their new roles. • Managing Exit formalities; inclusive of conducting Exit Interviews of all Employees. • Preparing and issuing the offer letters to the new joiners. • Handling the mobilization of new employees by coordination with PRO for visa process, assisting the HR Manager during recruitment process. • Handle on boarding of new employees. • Informing the new employee about the company & its policies. • Handling Banking formalities for new and existing employees. • Create personal files in RAMCO ERP for all new joiners and ensure that all documents should be present in files and create the employees related documents in. • Coordinating with Functional Managers for confirmations and reviews. • Responsible for all input relevant information relating to Hr process on a monthly basis. • Attend to all employee queries, concerns & complaints and carry out the necessary actions as well as to provide them information regarding HR rules & procedures. • Handling with employees benefits such as gratuity, site allowance, house rent allowance (coordinating with accounts dept.), etc. • Assisting with monthly payroll.
