➢ Customizing the Xerox Printer Device Types as per Customer’s SAP Business

➢ Ensure SAP Printing connectivity to all Xerox Printers buy using various customized
Device Types.
➢ Handling SAP Customer Incidents and resolve the same in timely manner.

REPORTS
➢ Created reports using ABAP/4 programs, Screen, Report Painter and Menu Painters as
well as Parameters and Select-options to make the reports more friendly and intuitive to
the user.
➢ Understanding the business processes in the existing legacy system and discuss/analyze
and mapping the requirements into SAP.
➢ Used tools such as SQL Trace (ST05), Runtime Analysis (SE30) and ST12 Trace to
improve performance of report programs.
Data Conversion:
➢ Developed BDC programs to create Customer Master, Material Master, Vendor
Master and Various Data Upload from flat and Excel files.
➢ Developed BDC programs for uploading data using Call Transaction and Session-based
batch input methods.
SAP Scripts, Smart Forms& Adobe Forms:
➢ Generated various client specific Layout sets and form letters using SAP Adobe Forms.
➢ Developed Adobe Forms which is printing the Invoice as per the requirement which was
previously printed through SAP Script along with necessary changes.
➢ Developed various Adobe Forms with Dynamic Text Facility as per the Business
Requirement.
➢ Created various SAP Smart Forms and Adobe Forms for PO, DO, Delivery Note and
Invoices.
Enhancements:
➢ Required User Exits are implemented to make Batch Quantity values are automatically
filled based on the available Batch Quantity in Production Order Create Transaction
(CO01 & CO02)
➢ Required User Exits are implemented in HR ABAP to restrict the customized input
values for the various Infotype screens in Transaction PA30.
➢ Various Enhancements and restrictions are implemented in SD Module flow by using
MV45AFZZ program.
➢ Various other SAP system restrictions are implemented by using User Exits and Badi’s as
per business requirement on timely manner.
CRM Technical:
➢ Possesses good understanding of SAP CRM, OOPS ABAP, SAP ABAP Report
technologies.
➢ Created various CRM reports as per business requirement for the analytical and tracking
purpose.
➢ Worked on BSP application, Component, Enhancement of standard component
➢ Understood the Complete CRM WEB UI application
➢ Used Component Usage and Component Interface to communicate to other WEB UI
components.
➢ Created and used Context nodes and Value nodes to efficiently display data on WEB UI.

HR ABAP:
➢ Developed a Report which displays Org.Units without Managers for more than the user
specified days.
➢ Developed a program to display the details of persons approaching temporary or
probationary assignment end to the Supervisor.
➢ Developed a Report to display the List of Employees Service Period (i.e. More than 5,
10, and 15) along with their positions he was assigned with.
➢ Developed a report which retrieves the Terminated employee’s details and updates the
Custom Table and send automatic mails to the specified email ids.
➢ Created an Interface program to update Info type 0105.
➢ Modified the smart forms depending on the Client Requirements such as Employee
Termination Form, Employee Travel Form.
➢ Worked on enhancement of info types 0001 and 0015.
➢ Created Custom Info types.
➢ Worked on Modification of Wage type Characteristics for a different wage types.
➢ Modified PCR’s and Schema per Client Requirements.
➢ HCM Ad-Hoc Query Modification as per Business Requirement.

order screen or will create New Sales Orders depending on the source data file from
external systems using VA01 and VA02 transactions.
➢ Developed and Modified the existing Smart Forms/Scripts as per Business customization.
