For which I have responsibility within a 3-man team, working under the management of an expatriate Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities included re-measurement of all quantities and preparation and negotiation of new and revised rates, variation works in addition to certifying and agreeing nineteen Interim Certificates and final account. Also, was involved in the commercial management which included the claims assessments.

Responsibilities included re-measurement of all quantities, preparation and negotiations of new and revised rates of variation works in addition to certifying and agreeing on interim certificates.

In addition was a member of supervision team for permanent works such as substructure and superstructure construction work. This include; attending operations where full records are required such as pre-stressing, post tensioning, concreting, earthworks, surfacing of roads and drainage work to ensure that it is executed to the correct line and level, and that the material and the workmanship comply with the specification. Examination the methods proposed by the Contractor for executing the work.
