• As a Lead Engineer Civil; responsible for all the civil design done by the EPC contractor’s consultant for the Duqum power plant which is of 106 MW. The work consists of Engine hall with engine foundations to with stand the static and dynamic loads of Generator. Diesel tank and lube oil tanks foundations of 1500M3 capacities and other utilities foundation. As a Client Consultant reviewed/approved all civil related MAS for the above project. The Phase 1 of the power plant was to relocate 5 numbers DG set from existing Sur stations to Duqum and the second phase of the power plant was to provide 5 new DG set at the Duqum area with a total 160MW power plant.

• As a project engineer have done the execution of seven storied office building having built up area of 2800.00 sq.m. Have coordinate with Architectural, MEP and HVAC departments for the successful completion of the project. Verified the material samples submitted by the contractor and given the approval according to the BOQ and the specifications. The total duration of the project was 14 months from foundation excavation to handing over to client.

• Has reviewed all civil design documents, drawings MAS approval and conducting progress meeting for 132KV Quriyat Jahloot overhead line (40 KM) project which includes substation building compounds (150m * 150m) with switch yards; 125MVA transformer Foundations with shed and associated road network from the main highway. Reviewed and approved the 132KV tower design of DS; D20; D70 and DT/D90 tower and its foundations for different types of soil.

• Actively taken part in the design of Samail water distribution network projects for Public Authority of Electricity and Water (PAEW). The work includes the design of office, accommodation building work shop and the overhead tank and associated pipe networks.
• Supervision for the construction of Seeb water reservoir which consists of 7000cum RC tank and the pumping station. Responsible for coordinating with site team of construction project; monitoring the progress, verifying quality of the works in line with the specifications and drawings. Attending weekly and monthly meeting with client, contractor and sub-contractors and review of activities and progress.

• Has reviewed all civil design documents drawings MAS approval and progress meeting for Izki 400/220/132/33KV project which includes three grid station building compounds with 400 and 220KV GIS buildings; 220KV and 132KV Control and Relay rooms; LVAC room; Battery room; Telecom room etc. 2 numbers 500 MVA and 125 MVA transformer foundations with oil collection pit under the transformer. Fire water pump foundations and pump house etc. The Plot size was 250m * 250m and constructed high security compound wall with CCTV camera and card operated gate. The total duration of the above project was 24 months.
• Lead Civil Engineer for the Ongoing 3 numbers 400KV Grid stations projects in Sohar area. The work includes preparation of Civil drawings and specifications for tender. The responsibility assigned to me varies from review of the Civil design and drawings of GIS buildings with 5.0m deep basement and 12.0m height building with crane. 500 MVA transformer foundations with separate oil collection pit and the volume calculation as per NFPA standards. Reactor foundations; cable trenches box culvert and duct bank design and drawings review and approvals. Approval of Civil Sub contractor and vendors of concrete supply; steel and other civil related MAS. Attending weekly and monthly meeting with client, contractor and sub-contractors and review of activities and progress. Interface meeting with power plant and port authorities for the approval/sanctions etc. Preparation of engineering reports to client. Settles disputes/Claims. The duration of the project is 2 years.

• Has verified the civil design calculations and drawings for the 33/11 KV primary substation buildings for clients like RAECO MEDC etc.
