Collaborates with all departments and Stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective Supply Chain.
Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the Supply Chain.
Participates as an advisory member of the Product development team in providing information and guidance on availability and cost of materials and suppliers.
Manage the procurement process from Request till delivery, including issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments till reaching WH.
Work on forecasts and inventories, maintain required quantities of supplies to optimise production.
Analyse market trends for Raw Material and Packaging and identify potential new vendors and suppliers.
Point of contact for all OEM's for spares parts and services
Negotiate contracts with key vendors to ensure the best possible pricing and terms.
Monitoring performance of suppliers, accessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements, identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies in Warehouses (RM WH, FG WH, Stores), oversee product storage, handling and distribution.
Plan and Implement Logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
Works directly with Sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).
Supports proper utilisation of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Meeting End Users, understanding their requirements, presenting Cost Saving Ideas.
Identifying Local and International Vendors as per end user's requirement, Reviewing Techno Commercial offers, making comparative statements, Negotiate PO Terms and Conditions.
Responsible for identification of alternate suppliers and/or alternate materials/processes and drives proposal for approval process and implementation.
Recommending new products, initiating proposal of cost saving measures and suggesting alternative products and/or vendors when price or quality improvements can be achieved.
Project procurement as per the BOM/BOQ handed by End User or Projects Team.
Budget Control by Resourcing / Renegotiation of Agreements, prepares post-approval documentation for authorization and placement with preferred supplier, ensuring that all purchases are properly approved and are consistent with Company policies and procedures.
Ensuring consistent & timely delivery through monitoring and following up of all PO's.
Checking Import Regulations through HS CODE and informing the same to Logistics team for prior approval on SABER or any other government related documents.
Resolving End User - Vendor Issues for discrepancies.
Expediting, Inspection of Material, GR and supporting Finance in Vendor payments.
Tracking KPI's and Delays and evaluating Vendors performance.
Maintaining Weekly Reports and Presenting to Management of Budget allocation and savings, Rejections, delay in deliveries and closing.
Completed Masters In Financial Management From Kakatiya University In First Division
