The following are the main responsibilities:
• Observing the target business environment of the Clients.
• Inspecting the specific risk management, financial reporting and productivity strategies that are currently in place
• Inquiring or asking questions of management personnel related to the effectiveness of the current internal controls
• Confirming whether the goals and objectives of the business are being met
• Analyzing business policies, processes and procedures
• Deciding the nature and extent of the audit procedure
• Stating final opinions and conclusions
• Reporting and distributing findings to the board and management

Managing company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting system.
Liaising with External auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carrid out.
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g auditors, bankers and statutory organization such as the Inland Revenue.
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
Providing and interpreting financial information
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
Analysing change and advising accordingly
Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risks.
Conducting reviews and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities.
Managing company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting system.
