Performed new energy saving strategies, installed of LEDs (6, 000 Nos), Inverter Type ACs, & Fire integration system in main buildings of SCBPL.
After installation of LEDs, & inverter type ACs the load was reduced 50% & 40% respectively. Total saving per annum (261 working days) 4 Million Rs. in energy consumption bills @ 18 Rs. Per unit for LEDs.
Installed fire integration system in main buildings of SCBPL.

Being an O & M job following incumbent are carried carry out:

Administered preventive maintenance at Two Data Centers & 54 Branches for all electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, split and package type AC units, CRAC Units, fire-suppression systems, etc.
Supervised maintenance and rectification works carried out by the bank’s staff or by an outside contractor/vendor.
Verified contractors/vendors invoices.
Arranged periodic testing of facilities and systems.
Prepared reports about all the works done.

1) Qatar Petroleum Project (EPC), Mesaied, Qatar, From Apr 2013 to Sep 07, 2013 (06 Months):

Project Name: EPC of New LGO Tank (2114FI) & Utilization of LC Tank (2145FA) for LGO Service at QP Refinery.
Client: QP Refinery, Mesaeeid Qatar.
Consultant: Technip Middle East, Doha, Qatar.

Worked as Engineer E&I and the Scope of work is subdivided into two parts the first part consist of E&I works for new LGO tank (2114FI) & SER Building 14 and the second part consist of E&I works for utilization of LC tank (2145FA) for LGO service .

2) ORYX GTL Project (Shutdown), Ras Laffan, Qatar, From Jan 2013 to Mar 2013 (03 Months):

Project Name: Modification of Unit 20 Fired Heater Auto Shut OFF Valve Actuators, ORYX GTL Plant, Ras Laffan Industrial Area.
Client: ORYX GTL
Consultant: Technip Middle East, Doha, Qatar.
Main Contractor: Technip Middle East, Doha, Qatar.

Worked as Engineer E&I and the scope of work was given in two parts one part was demolition of existing tubing, air filter regulator, gauges, glands of control cable, filed Q module, limit switches, and second part was installation of heat deflection plates assembled with solenoid valve & air filter regulator, limit switch, tubing, Namur plate, glanding & termination of control cable, assistance in commissioning, loop checking, function test & ready for operation.

3) Head Office, Doha, Qatar, From Oct 2012 to Dec 2012 (03 Months):

Worked as Engineer E&I (Estimation), Head Office, Doha.

Worked as Engineer E&I Scope and summary of work is given as shifting of electrical load from Ammonia-03 switchgears to urea-03 switchgears, installation of Relays REF-630 ABB on existing switchgears, voltage transformers (VTs), current transformers (CTs), DC power supply, control wiring inside MCC panels, assistance to ABB for commissioning & completed report for project.

6) Sewage Treatment Plant, Project (Construction), Barwa City, Qatar, From Jul 2011 to Feb 2012 (08 Months):

Worked as Engineer E&I and scope and summary of work is given as installation earthing and control cables, installation of lights & lighting pole, junction boxes, Scada system, local control panels, MDB with battery charger, distribution boards, PLC panel, VFD panels, star delta starters, LV & MV switchgears, 800kVA to 1500kVA generators, UPS. Installation of instruments(i.e. analyzers, level indication transmitters, pressure differential transmitters, sampler panels, level switches, flow indication transmitters, emergency push buttons. Installation of fire & gas detection panels, H2S sensors, flash lights, Siren, detectors. Performed continuity & megger test of power & control cables, performed continuity, megger & Prepared final dossier & completed report for project.

Worked as Electrical Engineer/QC Manager and the scope of work is given installation of pvc & steel conduit, dura duct, cable trays & cable ladders, 13A/15A socket outlet, laying & termination of power, earthing and control cables, installation of lights (beacon, bollard, fluorescent, aviation light), lighting pole, junction boxes, CCTV camera, public address system, stand-alone smoke detectors, distribution boards, star delta starters, 11kV Substation works, LV & MV switchgears, 500kVA to 800kVA generators, 500kVA to 800kVA power transformers, UPS. Performed continuity & megger test of power & control cables, prepared continuity, megger, earthing, visual inspection, commissioning, final dossier & completion reports.
