• Responsible to Document Control Procedure, controlling the flow of documents, continuous updating of status, storage and retrieval of all project documents generated by Company in the course of performance of works relating to the Running Projects.
• Quality & compliance checks on documents
• Progress reporting on the documents status / maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Prepare Monthly/Weekly summary reports on projects as needed
• Uploading and controls documents thru Aconex (EDMS)
• Responsible and involvement for close out document & procedures
• The Project Document Filing Index will be updated as and when required or when scope for improvement is identified by Audit staff suggestions or Project needs.

P17 MIXED USE TOWER AND DEVELOPMENT AND MULTI-STOREY CAR PARK at Dubai.
Infinity Tower @ Dubai Marina (At 330 meters in height, Infinity is the highest twisting tower in the world),
• Responsible for implementation of Client’s approved document procedure to the COMPANY inter-Departments, Client, Vendors, Contractors and other involved parties in the projects.
• Responsible to monitor document/drawing inter-disciplines check (IDC), Request for Inspection (RFI) and Engineering Queries (EQ) Site Instruction (SI) in coordination with Resident Engineer. Ensure proper disposal of obsolete documents/drawings during the project close out, in accordance with the project requirements.
• Responsible to coordinate with the client, contractors, sub-contractors, inter-department and other third parties involved for any technical clarifications of procedures, specifications, and drawings.
• Responsible to support the Project Management Team (PMT) by accomplishing various activities wok includes supervision of document distribution, filing clerk, computer operation for proper and efficient documentation control.
Projects :
Dubai World Central International Projects (DWC HQ & Office Park, Cargo Terminal Building, Ancillary Buildings, Agents Buildings, Fuel staging, Fire stations, Police facilities, All Gates, Infra-Landscape & irrigation projects).
Total in charge of Administrative works
Applying the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001-2000.
Drafting correspondence of the department including letters, memos facsimile
Messages, reports in an accurate and timely manner.
In charge of all Clients incoming and outgoing documents
Assistance to Quality Manager in overall quality document Control
Documentation of subcontracting activities
Proper allocation, recording and filing of Incoming and out going Correspondences
Interacting with clients/visitors
Preparation of Quotations, purchase orders and invoice
Receiving samples, making test requests, collecting data, verifications, and generating reports includes soil investigation, concrete, steel, chemicals etc.
