Preparation of weekly and monthly management report, sales category
Report. Booking purchase vouchers, Maintaining GL & Passing Journals
 Payroll preparation, Accrued expenses (Travel, Utilities, Admin etc)
 Monitoring inventory and making random checking with support store dept.
 LC preparation, Collection follow up, Apply credit control system,

Operations
 Managing logistics functions and negotiating with transporter & International forwarders.
 Arrange transportation for Material & Finished goods.

 Ensure that all Suppliers are assessed, and an approved suppliers list is maintained
