● Investigate monthly RTO&RTN wrong shipping cases with C.S & OB team and maintain & share the sheet with management regarding adjustment of inventory.
●Daily monitor Reverse logistics RTO cycle according to TOT (time on task) and TPH (Through put Hours) to keep and maintain FC task according to amazon standards.
●Responsible of clear the Stock move and suggest move units from backup warehouses before end of shift without delay to fulfill RTS (ready to ship).
● Coordination with MP.OPS team regarding shipment last status change as RTO/RTS which wrongly update by last mile companies and inventory adjustment.
● Coordinate with category, content & production team regarding updating of content description and photo on web site.
●Responsible of Receive and process CBT (cross border Trade) RTO shipments and send back the FBS products to origin and systemically receive retail units to create new PO with the help of category team.
●Coordinate with express shipping companies and Accounts department for preparing monthly reconciliation reports.
●Ensuring that goods received by warehouse are matched with the actual invoices from the suppliers and report to Accounts and Operation manager.
●Supervising Picking, Packing, manifesting and shipping teams to deliver every order on time with excellent condition.
●Timely movement of parcel to meet Shipments demands through supervising & scheduling and oversees the fulfillment activity operations.
●Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items and appropriately report/record
of any discrepancies.

Production, transferring and storing and picking activities.

•Maintain and Share the record (soft and hard) of Monthly activities with Stake holders (U-fone, Huawei and EES Head Office) for invoicing.
