• Worked as a FM Engineer to maintain Apollo Hospital HVAC, MEP and Electrical switching station for smooth running of one of the biggest and reputed multi specialty Hospital in the India northern region.
• Coordinate all scheduled maintenance with impacted personnel.
• Plan on downtime for preventive maintenance.
• Scheduled downtime when necessary, for emergency repairs.
• Coordinated with vendors to ensure facility-related issues within the building were dealt with effectively.
