Project: TA & I Shutdown in Qatar Gas Client: Ras Laffan Olefins Company Key Result Areas:
•Performed testings like RT, UT, MT & In‐site metallography techniques of piping and structures for petrochemical plants, storage tanks and oil & gas
•Investigated and analyzed defects to arrest occurance of critical repairs; developed the welding techniques (manual & automatic) for piping
•Coordinated with clients and third party inspectors.

•Issued sample raw material for chemical composition & mechanical properties analysis & confirming with the ASTM Standards

•Studied Inspection of Laboratory reports under sprectometer machine of casting reports, tensile reports, grain size, microstructure, AFS, mold hardness, moisture test, permeability, Inspection of blinders
•Study on Conducting Gauges for runner and riser on study for new product development and prepared control plans for the same
