• To provide within deadlines the façade complete execution drawings for the facade engineering works, design and build-ability, shop drawings, fabrication drawings consultancy, technical solutions, specific details, material lists and installation drawings.
• To provide detailed structural analysis as required by various project’s needs.
• To provide consultancy and coordination with the client and his consultants, such as architects and engineers.
• To lead the technical team, supervise their work and take responsibility for the successful delivery of the working plan.
• Act as Project Leader on assigned projects and manage projects, site meetings, design workshops and site inspection as required and/or as project planning stipulates
• As Team/Project Leader, oversee the work of Sub Consultants/Contractors and review outputs produced by them
• As Project Leader, monitor and report on team performance against agreed timelines, and fees/budgets
• Assist with preparation and coordination of expressions of interest, tender submissions and similar consulting proposals
• Provide high quality client service delivery in relation to outputs produced for both internal and external clients in accordance with Aluflor’s quality technical standards
• Liaise with other staff, project teams, associated consultants and clients and assist in building and maintaining relationships.
• Complete timesheets on a daily basis and submit electronically
• The Senior Façade Engineer will be responsible for efficient and profitable completion of all projects and tasks under their control whilst maintaining excellent technical standards and client satisfaction.
• The Senior Façade Engineer shall continually strengthen client loyalty and gain repeat business by providing high quality service and creative (‘Leading Edge’) solutions to clients
• The Senior Façade Engineer shall assume full responsibility for work quality undertaken.
• The Senior Façade Engineer shall respect the agreed timelines and deadlines of the assumed works
• The Senior Façade Engineer shall be responsible for the completion of the documentation according to the existing laws and building codes.
