JobResponsibilities:
Engineering& Execution of FireAlarm Fire Suppression & Security Systems which includes:
• Participating in the development of low current systems such as CCTV, access door, and physical sec, clarifying the requirements and queries they raised,
• Monitor work quality and provide advice to improve performance.
• Implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the functionality of low-current systems.
• Diagnosing system failures and breakdown problems and planning professional solutions.
• Leading a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Ensuring proper implementation of low current systems to avoid and resolve problems.
• Providing appropriate installation, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.
• Organizing and documenting low current systems properly.
• Ensuring all backups are well protected to avoid data loss risks.
• Providing operation and maintenance training to end-users and operation teams.
• Preparing technical reports to assist design teams.
• Recommending development plans for low current systems to meet required efficiency levels.
• Preparing and submitting all work reports, weekly reports, and work orders.
Project experience: YANSAB (Yanbu SABIC) Polyoleffins Project.
Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors to resolve quality and construction issues.
• Reviewing P&ID, Instrument Specification Sheet (ISS), Instrument Data Sheet (IDS), Instrument Installation Sheet (IIS), Wiring Diagram, and Tubing hookup.
• Tracking and recording of RFIs and work progress on-site.
• Performing surveillance inspections of wiring termination and ensuring that all the tags are as per the termination schedule.
• Redlining the drawings, termination schedules, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Datasheets, etc., as per the modifications made on-site.
• Arranging work permits for works/inspections to be carried out in live or under-commissioning areas.
• Coordinating and liaising effectively with all concerned departments to speed up work in progress and make sure its done quickly.
• Inspecting the installation of Instruments, Conduits and fittings (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and trunking, Cables, Junction Boxes, Control Panels, Consoles, wiring termination, and impulse tubing as per the project specification.
• Arranging work permits for works/inspections to be carried out in areas under commissioning.
• Troubleshooting the problems that occurred in the instruments during commissioning.
• Carrying out the pressure testing/service testing of the process.
• Confirming that the calibration of the instruments matches the specifications in the Instrument Data Sheet.
Project Experience: Nuclear Power Plant, Kaiga
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervising the installation and testing of the MCC panel, Annunciator panel, Interposing Relay panel, and lighting distribution board.
• Supervising the installation and testing of street lighting and fence lighting around the substation, as well as battery banks and battery chargers.
• Supervised the installation and testing of the UPS, raised RFI, and arranged inspections.
• Coordinating with QC inspectors for inspection and closing of ITRs, as well as with vendors for pre-commissioning activities.
• Assisting the client with commissioning activities, maintaining proper records, and submitting progress reports.
• Attending the meetings with clients for review and preparing and clearing construction punch lists.
• Controlling the manpower and ensuring that safety procedures were strictly adhered to.
